About sessions

Meet face to face, by phone or Skype:

• FOUR -- 45 minute sessions paid per month, including initial free consultation.

• Choose: 30, 60 or 90 day contracts- First inital consultation free, then all sessions are prepaid.

Sessions:

Here is the outline of what will take place during a 30 (possibly to 120 days) coaching series. All goals you want to achieve are written out in one or more of the following areas. These categories are:

Professional

Financial

Health & Wellness

Spiritual

Emotional

Relationship

You will develop a your own Circle of Personal Perspective for each category, and create a meaningful  vision statement. You will create an action plan that you are willing to take to complete each of your goals. You will discover how to deal with  roadblocks and find meaningful ways to overcome them. Finish with a personal Vision statement that maps and measures your success towards meeting your goals with accountability to your original plan.
